It is a slow day today. As I wandered into my garage and looked around at the honey do list of cleaning it out, I noticed that there sure are a lot of bicycles hanging from the ceiling. I thought wouldn’t it be a good idea if I had a picture of all the rideable bicycles I currently own. Not the ones in parts or those that no longer run but ones I can hop on in a moments notice and ride if I cared to, and I do care to. So now I present my current fleet of bikes.

For the discriminating fixed gear rider that has to have the best of everything:

Each bike is hand-built, and then plated with 24-carat gold and generously adorned with more than 600 fine Swarovski crystals. Only 10 will ever be made, all numbered. They are delivered to the buyer personally using a White Glove Service, in specially designed packaging. Order yours today, only $109,000

Maybe Pat will show up with one on the Sunday afternoon Bee ride!

New tandem wheels

This little post could easily have just been called "New Wheels" because there really is nothing tandem specific about them. The components arrived a few weeks ago and all that was left was to take some spare time and build them up. You all know what spare time is don’t you, since we all have so much of it laying around.

A while ago I posted my two current MTB project bikes. I’m happy to say that one of them is (mostly) complete, and wanted to share the final outcome. I also got a good deal on a road frame that I’ll be building up sometime in the next couple months.

I’ve had a couple of projects I’ve been working on for the past few months that I thought I’d share with you. The first project, is my PedalForce MTB bike. Regular readers will recognize the frame, as my uncle also has the same frame. We both purchased the frames at the same time, I’ve just been a lot more pickier about what components I’m willing to put on the bike.
