Floyd Landis reportedly sent several emails to USACycling and the UCI outlining systematic doping by US Postal as reported by the Wall street journal. In those emails he specifically names Johan Bruyneel, Lance Armstrong, George Hincapie, Levi Leipheimer and Dave Zabriskie.
