Taking some time off

Sorry for the lack of updates here. It has been a hectic few weeks. Promotion at work, means more responsibilities and learning new tools, good in some respects. Being put in charge of a team also means longer hours and more accountability. End of the quarter also means account reviews and in this economic climate those are even more important than ever.

What a beautiful day for a ride. Especially a ride up Morrow Mountain. Would love to ride, but we did the next best thing, volunteer to help. This ride as well as the last two we sat at very strategic places along the route and took pictures. All in all just over 700 images. We will be posting 166 in the gallery here sometime tomorrow. We managed to post 19 new images to Facebook this evening. I hope everyone had a great time while out on the ride. Special thanks go to Jeff for helping put this together for everyone to enjoy.

Annette, Nicole and I made the trip down to Greenville again today to see the RR Championship. It was a great day watching some of the best US cyclists compete for the National RR title. We ran into Terry and his daughter Sarah while Nicole and I were wandering around downtown Greenville. We took lots of pictures, this time we did get pictures of the Podium Girls.

Nicole and I made the trip down to Greenville today to see the TT Championship. It was a great day watching some of the best US cyclists compete for the National TT title. It seemed that Floyd Landis got the biggest cheers from the crowd at the start even though last years winner David Zabriskie was there to defend his title.

We took lots of pictures, but unfortunately we did not get any pictures of the Podium Girls.

Presbyterian Hospital put on a great race yesterday. It was fun watching all the racers and seeing some old friends again. We managed to get a few good pictures and have posted them in a gallery located here.

Feel free to download any of the pictures you see there, the downloads are 6mp .JPG files with no watermarks or other visible markings suitable for printing. Enjoy.
