If you have an objection to your image being posted on our site, ask and it will be removed. In general, if you are in a public place a Photographer has the right to take your photograph, unless you explicitly refuse. Usually for documentation and editorial purposes model releases are not required. In any case, before posting a picture on Social Networking sites or Photo Repositories make sure you are not allowing those entities all commercial rights to your images, it has happened in the past and I am sure some sites still do this. With regard to Facebook profile pictures, They are usually too small and too low a resolution to care too much about. As I mentioned I welcome others using the images as they see fit, just wanted to inform everyone that we still retain the rights to that image and be careful where else you post the higher resolution images. If you are going to download every image of yourself that we have taken and post them on another site all I am asking is to give us some credit in a comment or description somewhere mentioning the source, or provide a link to the site and/or gallery the image came from. Curt, I would expect that you continue to use that image as your profile picture and be very disappointed if you did not continue to do so.
