Well the weekend is over, Nicole and I managed to ride with the Bee Team. Well not the entire ride, just 15 miles of it on Sunday afternoon. Neck was sore but did not really hurt. A couple of ibuprofen and an ice pack and everything was better.
Wife and I went to see the crafts at the Matthews Alive festival today. Walked around a good bit. Took a few pictures.
All in all it was a good weekend, now back to the grind.
Need to ride tomorrow, will wait until Nicole comes home from school.

Bud: how do the police officers put their feet into cages quickly? I would think to catch quickly they would want clips and recessed shoes to run. I notice 2 officers in the Arysley Village area off of the connector 485/Tryon. And they corner of Tyvola/49 Tryon when heading from work to home (4:45pm). Did not notice they feet clips though. Wonder if its the norm, or their preference. Shoe cages— sort of old style but maybe its fast.

I just hope the cop is aware that the quick release on his front tire is not engaged!
