As much as we enjoy seeing our work all over the internet and we currently have a very liberal view towards downloading our pictures for reuse, if you republish them on the web please give us credit for the image!

Up for everyone to see are photographs of the September 19, 2009 edition of Assault on Morrow Mountain. It was the final AoMM of the year. Special thanks go to Jeff Viscount, ride organizer, Bicycles East and Middle Ring Cycles for assisting with rider mechanical issues, and all the rest of the volunteers.
What a beautiful day for a ride. Especially a ride up Morrow Mountain. Would love to ride, but we did the next best thing, volunteer to help. This ride as well as the last two we sat at very strategic places along the route and took pictures. All in all just over 700 images. We will be posting 166 in the gallery here sometime tomorrow. We managed to post 19 new images to Facebook this evening. I hope everyone had a great time while out on the ride. Special thanks go to Jeff for helping put this together for everyone to enjoy.
Well the weekend is over, Nicole and I managed to ride with the Bee Team. Well not the entire ride, just 15 miles of it on Sunday afternoon. Neck was sore but did not really hurt. A couple of ibuprofen and an ice pack and everything was better.
Wife and I went to see the crafts at the Matthews Alive festival today. Walked around a good bit. Took a few pictures.
The other day we posted a short review of the VholdR ContourHD Adventure Cam. In that post we included a sample HD video. Besides recording HD video the ContourHD is also capable of recording SD video at an increased frame rate of 60 frames per second. The use of a higher frame rate will allow smoother video recording of fast moving action. The ContourHD records SD video at a resolution of 848 x 480 pixels. All video is compressed using the H.264 codec with audio compressed using AAC. Files are saved in a MOV package.
I finally have a chance to play around a bit with my new toy the VholdR ContourHD helmet cam. The ContourHD is one of the first HD video adventure cams. It is able to record HD resolution video on a Micro-SD card. The video is 720p at 30 frames per second and the image quality and clarity is simply outstanding on a camera this small. Obviously I cannot wear it as a helmet cam just yet but I do have the bike mount and a few other mounting options. This allows me to mate the camera to various surfaces and still use it without adding any extra pressure as my neck muscles are still healing.
