Morrow Mountain – August ‘09

Many thanks to Jeff Viscount and the volunteers who put together another great Morrow Mountain ride. The weather cooperated with fog in the morning that helped to keep temperatures cool. By the time the fog had completely cleared the temperatures got a bit warmer but never too hot to ride.

I did not hear what the estimate was of the number of riders but I do know that all appeared to have fun. Nicole, Richard and I were able to get some great shots of the riders at various locales along the route.

We managed to snap off some 1400 images, we have picked through them and selected 372 images that represent the ride and the riders. We hope you enjoy them. The images are hosted in the gallery, again feel free to download the image of yourself by clicking on the link next to the picture that says Full Size. The full size image is a 6mp JPG that is somewhere between 1Mb and 2Mb and only takes about a minute to download. You can then take the JPG to Costco, Sam’s or any local photo printer and have them printed on real photo paper for just a few cents. These images would be ideal for an 8×10 portrait.

We are currently discussing our plans for the September Morrow Mountain Ride, they have not been finalized yet. The ride has been and more information can be found on Weekly Rides.
