To say that it was a hot day is just a bit of an understatement. Richard and I did not ride but all that walking and driving was still a lot with the heat we had. In all we took 1515 images. Presented here are just a few teaser pictures. If you are interested in the 134 images we chose as the better ones you can see them all in the Morrow Mountain Gallery Page.

Even though this particular Morrow Mountain ride was listed as unsupported, we should all thank Sharlene and Annette for providing water and a SAG for anyone that really needed it.

I tried my best to place the images in order, we actually overlooked something rather important. Since we used two cameras, we should have synchronized the internal clocks. As it was they were about 1 minute 30 seconds off, so that made it much harder to order the images correctly. Richard and I are both just really learning how to do this photography thing and hope to have many more opportunities to support the cycling community here in Union County.

Big thanks for the great support last Saturday at the Morrow Mtn ride. This has become one of my favorite routes around Charlotte. I would am not sure if I would have made the whole ride without the help of Sharlene and Annette. Thank you so much for the cold water and gatorade. Jeff, we appreciate all the hard work you put into this ride. Obviously lots of people enjoy it. I look forward to coming out next month and taking turns beating up on all the guys that like to race me up all the hills! Great pics Bud!
