SS is finished

Well almost, I am still waiting for an 18T cog. I will post some pictures in a few days.

I did manage to take it out for a short test ride around the neighborhood. It is surely different than all my other bikes. Being back on a steel frame is something I would have to get used to again. It certainly does not accelerate as quickly as my other bikes. It feels just a bit more aggressive with respect to fit. But it was interesting to not have to think about gears and shifting. The tubulars and the steel frame do make it ride fairly comfortable. I will have more to say once I ride it properly with cycling shoes rather than running shoes. I need to put some miles on it also.
