I tend to lose patience when people just don't quite 'get it.' I do think it is a great idea, maybe someone should organize a few novice clinics that teach braking, paceline, pack riding, etc. I am sure they would be well attended and whatever club were to organize and advertise such a service would be supported by the community at large.
