The San Luis Obispo County Bicycle Coalition created some public service announcements about Sharing the Road. I have posted them here so we can see what other areas of the country have done and what can be done here to to raise awareness and promote cycling and walking within our county.

Everyone should be made aware of cyclists on the road and not try to mow them down. Its a different story when you are behind an armoury of metal to protect you, but on a bike you are wide open.

That is so very true, there has been several accidents of late where the drivers just don’t look, maybe they need re-educating.
