I had an aunt who died several years ago from cancer. It was too late when she was diagnosed and her death came very quickly. Because of this I have donated many times to charities or organizations that want to raise cancer awareness. I even have several of the LAF Livestrong bracelets. I came across this article that might cause one to wonder about our medical system in general and what might happen to us in the case of an emergency.
The article basically says that some hospitals use color-coded wrist bands to indicate certain conditions and that they have used yellow to indicate DNR. It has led to some mishaps.
