We have one of these lifts installed in our garage and it comes in very handy to get our Cannondale Tandem off the garage floor.
Simple to install, you just need to use a stud finder to locate the ceiling joists in your garage and a few screws and you have a pulley system for your bicycle. It is rated for up to 50 pounds and is mostly steel construction. The pulley’s are some sort of composite plastic material and of course the rope is nylon.
